Every morning I’ve been there I’ll sit and wait for service at the drive through. I’m pretty sure they can only handle one vehicle at a time . Maybe they need better staff and management to be able to handle a drive through at 6 am . If you don’t have 10 min don’t go here
7 out of 10 times I go, it’s FREEZING inside (65 ?). The management is so-so. The food is good.
When you come for breakfast on a weekday, you expect quick service. However, when you get to the drive thru speaker, you are greeted with "please wait" and then a two minute wait before your order is taken. That's the definition of poor "fast" food service.
After 5 bad frappe s i give up n told them to keep the sixth one and I gave bc they couldnt make the right one and I waited for ever to get 5 nasty frappe s when i only order 2. Mealess to it was a waste of 35 mins.
