Took a little while. Some employees were unfriendly and even questioned me for sitting and waiting asking if I was going to order. Hanna took care of getting me the food and out of the other 2 employee encounters was the nicest. One of the employees tried to instigate a fight with Hanna but no actions were taken. In the end, great pizza and a friendly cashier(Hanna).
Great pizza....no management. three people in front of me...I ordered the pepperoni...simple...while I was waiting on mine....tree others walked in ,,,ordered...got there's and walked out..This was about 15 mins in and I'm still waiting.....after I spoke up I got my pies...when I asked the girl (who was working her butt off...) what the location number of the store was so i could complain she said she didn't know...I turned and asked again and she looked over at the "Manager looking guy" (who was doing nothing...nothing at all...couldn't see what he said to her, she turned back around to me and repeated that she didn't know...when I get through talking to their corporate headquarters on Monday....I bet they will all know the location number. It makes me so angry to some "Management guy" doing nothing when everyone else is working their cans off and the place is packed....
Just left the place. Now keep in mind their motto is hot and ready pepperoni pizza. So thats what I ordered well after 30 minutes and three people asking me what I ordered and watching and yes I counted 15 people get their order and watching two employees go outside and smoke and one girl stock the pepsi cooler I decided to walk to the counter and give them my six dollar plus tax reciept and told them to consider that a tip. I wont be back. And for the guy in charge this place needs help
It took forever!!! One counter girl was just doing her job and checking up on the pregnant one and then the pregnant one blew up on the red headed counter girl!!!!! She threatened to fight her! Nothing happened but still! The pregnant one took my order and was SOOOOO rude it was unbelievable. She rolled her eyes when I placed my order and looked at me and said, "are you going to eat this by yourself? Are you kidding me?" I had a bit of a big order but I had a birthday party going on. The read head apologized for the pregnant ones behavior and was so sweet. She even held the door for me. If it weren't for that red head, I wouldn't be going back. They need her there. She is one hard worker but doesn't get treated like it. If the red head ever sees this, thank you so very much for you sincere concern. She lives by customers first. Keep up the good work Ginger!
Called to make sure they had hot and readys made with extra cheese and pep and they said they had plenty. I get here 6 min later and they have none. While waiting in line I watch 3 people complain about orders they messed up. And and even bring back pixza. Someone who knows how to run a restaurant needs to start working here soon.
