So got a chance to meet Billy Sr. yesterday evening, when he instructed my girlfriend she would have to come to his house/business to pay the invoice, I decided to go alone. In conversation with him, unhappy, angry man, I understand the dilemma. There is no doubt in my mind that he took advantage of my girlfriend and her lack of knowledge of the construction industry, the septic process and the stress of selling a home. You see the photos I posted, that's what he left behind and he was fine with that, he got borderline violently angry with me when I told him I wasn't satisfied with his work and of course, none of the issues were his doing. Again I say, DON'T USE Morgan Septic!

UNPROFESSIONAL MESS, have to give a star to rate, undeserved star!! Pump septic tank ($350) fair. Three days after underground lines located, we have to call them out. 1st trip they don't have digging tools, 2nd trip after digging two random holes, they can't find septic tank have to call in Ray's Plumbing to camera down pipes to find septic tank($250 not quoted) ridiculous! 3rd trip, left a rutted muddy mess ($75) seriously! Home is maybe 7 miles from business. When asked about additional trip charge...and I quote "That's not our problem" you don't have the equipment to do the job and it's not your problem! WOW?!? The name is Morgan Septic and they can't locate a septic tank in a residential backyard. DON'T USE MORGAN SEPTIC!!!!!!
