My dog is difficult to groom, but they are great with him!

Awful. Truly terrible. My dog, Alice, has been there two times. The first time was ok (they didn't get all her fleas off and didn't clip her nails, even though that is what was payed for), but the second time was abysmal. First of all, I had to leave my dog alone there for 4 or 5 hours. Afterwards, she looked amazing. However, that can't make up for what happened. For about three days, my dog would not move from the couch. When she did get up and move, she seemed depressed. She wasn't as playful and she wasn't eating much. There were no physical signs of abuse that I saw, however. Me and my mom took Alice to the vet for a dental check-up about two months later. Alice was in the back seat barking and howling and shaking. She even tried to get towards the two front seats. The most recent time we put Alice in the car prior to that was to go to If It's Tails. So, do NOT take ANY animal here.
This is the best place I have taken my dog to get groomed. Polite staff and they do a good job at a decent price.
