I have been going to Floyds for years. I always check with them before the box stores. One thing I rerally like is only handling the lumber once. It goes from the rack to my truck. No carts loading and unloading. Family owned and operated. Support local.
I remember when they used to be on the corner of Bean Street and Dayton Pike. I was just a kid and my grandma lived on Bean Street. If you need anything they usually have it. They are the only place I can find the filter size for my air conditioner vent. I don't bother going to other places, because they usually have it and cheaper. Love this place!!!!

If you think you need to head to Lowes or Home Depot for that hardware item, I'd go to Floyd's first because they not only have it but the staff will assist on how to fix or install and additionally you save the trip into Hixson. Parents have used them for over 23 years.
