Fast food. I love their food. Easy accessible. Wheelchair accessible. Nice people. Parking lot medium size. Easy on and off from hwy 27
Went there today and had my 9 year old granddaughter with me. Along with my food, I ordered 2 small frosties. I showed the lady my frosty card which entitled me to a free small (mini) frosty with your food order. After sitting down to eat, I noticed on the receipt that she charged me $.50 each for both frosties. I went back up to ask about it and she acted like she didn't have a clue about the pricing or the promotion that was going on. She walked over and consulted with an older lady (I assumed was the general manager). She appeared very annoyed but walked over to me and handed me $.11. She said that I had paid for a "mini frosty" which is priced at $.89. Well the larger "small" frosty is priced at $.50. I still don't understand that transaction. But neither of them were even willing to straighten out the matter and acted in a rude manner as if I shouldn't have even questioned it. Very bad experience at this fast food restaurant. The owner should replace those two with customer friendly people. Fast food is a very competitive business and their actions indicated they were not interested in winning and retaining customers. Wendy's generally has good food and service. But the Soddy Daisy one does not. I will not go back there.
Food was terrible. Sloppily prepared and presented but being fast food was willing to overlook. However, how hard is it to mess up a hamburger? Apparently not too hard. The taste was so bad I could not take more than two bites. The fries were not done. I paid nearly $7 for a combo (which I really thought was too much) and all I could ingest was the soda. WILL NOT RETURN.
