Not an upscale neighborhood as advertised. Repairs were promised in writing but they made old landlords leave, I have a hole in floor, lights with shirts, and fuse box with wires hanging out. I'm disabled my rent was late I'm in lease to own. Explained situation to her she didn't care. Been her over 7 years no trouble. FYI they are armed and will pull a gun on you, it's already happened. Just evicted an elderly man who just got out of hospital. I've spoke to ADA and civil lawyers. They have already broken so many. Do not move here. Empty trailer were someone's home who was put in street. I'm not slandering when it's true and I have messages to back it up. But we need help.
Just moved to Hidden Hills and the new management are very polite and helpful! Jennifer is always willing to help with a smile on her face. Very quiet community. And since the new management has taken over they are making a lot of great changes to make this place clean and friendly place to live! I would recommend other people to come and check it out! Thanks!
I am satisfied with how I have been treated here at Hidden Hills Mobile Home Park. I have been treated with respect and dignity since new ownership took over. They are addressing work that should have been done by previous owners and wasn’t. I no longer have a bug problem that I took care of myself. I look forward to seeing how this all works out.

Evicting people for no reason what so ever new management needs to know that this is not okay my grandfather grandmother and uncle are being evicted for no reason what so ever they have lived there for over 30 years this place is horrible I do not recommend it to anyone
