Awful awful place!! Told us for a week we could move in as long as we could show proof we had paid our garnishment off and have rent pet deposit and regular deposit on the day we planned on moving in. We had it ALL!!! We were to meet at 4:30. The receptionist called us at 3:00 and told us never mind we weren't approved. We had told our current land lord we were moving. So we were totally screwed. I reported them to Better Business Bureau.

I eventually called the former bosses church and threatened to lawyer up and sue. I wonder who all had their phone number circulated to that church?
I used to work there, then the managers (Jason & Jennifer) had my phone number placed on their church's robocall list. The harrassment went on for two years; weekly, sometimes twice a week.

Currently "home sweet home" for my camper & me. Some of the trailers they own need some upkeep. But the lots are spacious w plenty of grass & places for kids to play.
